Rabbit in the Moon Now Called The State Room

New, 13 comments

Page Six reports today that nightlife guy Rocco Ancarola parted ways with the partners of his nine month-old restaurant venture Rabbit in the Moon. The 8th Street restaurant, which resembled a fake shire cottage on the outside and a whackadoo townhouse within, was known more for its clubby vibe late at night and its strict bouncer than for its food. Ancarola's partners have now sold the space, and it will reopen as The State Room. No word yet on whether or not further changes follow the name.

Ancarola fans can find him at Midtown club Lavo on Thursday nights.
