The FishTag goose egg isn't the only piece of Michael Psilakis news today. Eater Miami reports that he is no longer the executive chef at Eos in the Viceroy hotel, in Florida. In a statement, Psilakis notes: "It's a beautiful restaurant and I'm ultimately proud of what we created. Over time, however, our philosophies have grown apart and I feel it is best for me to move on." [EMIA]
