Good new for fans of pre-made sandwiches: Pret A Manger plans to triple its presence in NYC over the next few years. The chain currently has only 24 shops around Manhattan, but plans to add 15 to 20 more this year, and the same number next year, including locations in Brooklyn and the Bronx. [Observer]
