In a Times piece ostensibly about his Ford truck, the owner of popular Bed Stuy pizzeria Saraghina, Massimiliano Nanni, reveals he's opening a Mediterranean bistro in the same neighborhood called Celestino. Though partner Edoardo Mantelli does the cooking at the pizzeria, Nanni will be behind the stoves at the new outfit. [NYT]
