Legendary EVill dive Mars Bar has been playing up the fact that it's soon going to be replaced by a 12-story apartment building. Recent promos advertise the bar's "first and last literary event," and a party called "A Farewell to Mars." Word on the street is that the joint might close this spring. [Curbed NY]
