2011_02_patys1.jpgLast Friday, a Supreme Court judge ruled against the much-beleaguered Paty's Taco Truck, saying that they could no longer operate from metered spots. The decision extends to all mobile restaurateurs, who are now officially under the same parking rules and regulations as general merchandise vendors. The Paty's team, which has been subject to a ticketing blitz, arrest, towing, and general harassment from law enforcement, plans to appeal. [DNAInfo]
