French Culinary Institute Offering 'Laundry Essentials' Class

Most people attend the The French Culinary Institute to learn how to cook. Others, apparently, enroll to learn how to iron and fold clothes. The current FCI course listing includes a 25 hour "Laundry Essentials for Household Staff" class. The curriculum: Preparing Clothes for Laundering, The Art of Drying, Ironing/Pressing/Steaming Clothes and Linens, Folding and Packing Clothes. Tuition is only $1,750.
