Flo Fab gets a peek at the menu for Imperial No. 9, the new project from Sam Talbot of Surf Lodge and Top Chef fame in the Mondrian hotel in Soho. Overall, it looks like a selection of sustainable seafood cooked in a New American-style with most dishes priced between $15-$32 and everything meant for sharing. She's slated to open for dinner next Tuesday, with lunch and breakfast rolling out in a few weeks. [NYT]
