Behold the Long Couches of The TRILBY, Opening Friday

UrbanDaddy gets a peek at curious newcomer The Trilby, opening this Friday in the Cooper Square Hotel. Take a look at that tree stump table, those long red couches (they're "extra tufted"), and — what's that? Why yes! It's a mural of the same zoot suited zombie man that also adorns their website! Today we also learn that they'll serve moules-frites and mini short rib sandwiches. But like so many other Trilby things, the rest of the menu remains a tantalizing mystery.
