THE LOWER EAST SIDE — Flo Fab reports that the new restaurant on the Bowery from Motorino chef/owner Mathieu Palombino will not be a steakhouse, but rather a "mid-century American diner.” The spot will serve coffee, donuts, classic American breakfast dishes and sandwiches, and will have about 140 seats.
