Mathieu Palombino's Bowery Diner; Wine Dinner at ‘inoteca

THE LOWER EAST SIDEFlo Fab reports that the new restaurant on the Bowery from Motorino chef/owner Mathieu Palombino will not be a steakhouse, but rather a "mid-century American diner.” The spot will serve coffee, donuts, classic American breakfast dishes and sandwiches, and will have about 140 seats. MURRAY HILL — On March 1, 'inoteca liquori bar will serve a tasting of five Italian organic wines, with dish pairings from chef Eric Kleinman.
