Yesterday, news broke that a new gigantic Apple Store will soon grace the lofty confines of Grand Central Terminal. Clocking in at over 16,000 square feet, it will supposedly be the biggest Apple store of all time. And that means somebody at Grand Central is going to have to make way.
The Post hears that the certain somebody is Charlie Palmer and his longtime Grand Central restaurant Metrazur. Their sources reveal that they're already scouting out new locations, but a partner in the restaurant—which covers the east balcony overlooking the Grand Concourse—tells the paper that it's just a rumor. PR tells Eater there is no deal with Apple.
