Michael Huynh's Clubby Baotique Officially Opens Tonight

Baotique, Michael Huynh's restaurant du jour, officially opens to the public tonight. Located inside nightclub and lounge Covet, the 66-seat Baotique will serve the food stylings of Huynh and his pal Pichet Ong. They're putting out a mainly Vietnamese menu with items like crab spring rolls, foie gras duck fried rice, black cod dumplings, and cuttlefish pad thai.

On drinks duty is mixologist Orson Salicetti, most recently of Apotheke. And according to press materials, the decor "creates a luxurious yet eclectic vibe" with alligator walls, stainless steel, and distressed wood. So there you have it.
