According to a recent invite (and Zagat), Klaus Ortlieb is opening a new restaurant in his three month-old Gotham Hotel this spring. Called Tenpenny, the restaurant is touted as a "charming Midtown hideaway for dinner and drinks." There aren't a lot of details yet but former Scarpetta and Faustina GM Jeffrey Tascarella and Dylan Prime chef Chris Cipollone are involved. [EaterWire]
