Today, restaurateur Danny Meyer reveals a few new details on his upcoming restaurant at The Whitney Museum. First off, it's called Untitled. So there's that. Fitting for a museum restaurant, perhaps. It's designed by the Rockwell Group and will primarily serve as a cafe offering breakfast and lunch—the menu will riff on coffee shop classics—to museum-goers and the public. They'll be open for dinner on Saturdays and Sundays only, "featuring a set menu for the whole table that will change each night based on what’s fresh in the market."
The chef is Chris Bradley, formerly the executive sous chef at Gramercy Tavern, and it opens next month. As expected, they'll serve Stumptown Coffee.
