Booze for Crif Dogs, Little Cheese Pub; Roberta's Fashion Week

FASHION WEEK—Bushwick's Roberta's is in charge of all food service at Milk Studios, Lincoln Center's hipper downtown rival. Apparently, "They’re doing their cool gangsta build out." [Style]

GOWANUS—Lost City does some digging and learns that Monte's Venetian Room, the oldest Italian restaurant in New York (purportedly) that closed back in 2008, is indeed in the middle of some kind of renovations. According to DOB reports, they're putting in a new kitchen and new floors. It's still unclear whether or not this is a new owner. [LC]

CHELSEA—This spring we can expect more and a better variety of snacks on the High Line. [DNA Info]

CHELSEA; WILLIAMSBURG—Daniel Angerer's two new restaurants Brats and Little Cheese Pub have their liquor licenses and will begin serving tonight. Same goes for Crif Dogs in Williamsburg. [EaterWire]

LOWER EAST SIDE— On Monday February 21, Freemans will host a cocktail charity event with the United States Bartender's Guild. Pay $40 and get all you can drink top notch cocktails from bartenders of Death & Co., Peels, Freemans, and more as well as snacks and a performance by folk-rock trio the Crooners. [TONY]

FIDIFraunces Tavern, the super-old NYC restaurant and museum that is now under new management, has a chef's table. Call to reserve a three-course meal there for $40 a head. [Zagat]
