Metromix discovers what must be the most grisly (or is it creative?) presentation of fried chicken in New York. Newcomer Fedora—which counts an Au Pied de Cochon alum as its chef and serves items like brains and pig head—serves its fried chicken plate with a bonus claw, still attached to the joint, hanging off the side of the bowl.
