Matt Abramcyk Approved for Yet Another Tribeca Spot, Tiny's

New, 1 comment

Earlier this week, Community Board won awarded preliminary approval to Tiny's, a new bar from Tribeca restaurateur and bar owner Matt Abramcyk—he owns Smith & Mills, Warren 77, The Bunker, and an upcoming project Super Linda in the old Delphi Diner space—his sometime partner hockey star Sean Avery, and Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist. Abramcyk told CB1 that construction on the small landmarked, three story building has taken much longer than he had anticipated, and to make up for the extra expenses he's adding a bar to the second floor. In total, the space will have 59 seats and the partners hope it will become a laid back neighborhood spot.

Per DNA Info, Tiny's will serve, "light, modern American food with Italian influences, including a Tiny's Burger with pickled beets, a fried egg and blue cheese, and Long Island Blackfish with celery root puree, sunchokes, new potatoes and carrots, according to a preliminary menu." There will also be sandwiches at lunch, cocktails in the evenings.
