Brunch at La Petite Maison; Le Cirque Loses a Pastry Chef

Chefs Alain Allegretti and Arno Busquet have prepared a menu that includes dishes like a Nicoise omelette, a ricotta cheese crab cake, and poached eggs a la Provencal.
