Hottest Chef in NY: First Round Eliminations Begin Now

The Third Annual Hottest Chef in New York competition begins now. To start things off, last year's champion and current top seed Emma Hearst of Sorella restaurant on the Lower East Side faces Matthew Rudofker of Momofuku Ssam Bar, Michael Galata of Osteria del Circo, John DeLucie of The Lion, and Harold Dieterle of Kin Shop and Perilla. The victor will join the upcoming winners of round one in the next set of heats.
