wd~50's Wylie Dufresne reveals his favorite off the beaten path restaurant is newish Austrian spot Edi & The Wolf.
"There's something about the atmosphere here that makes you feel like you are off the beaten path, like you've escaped and discovered something new on the margins even though it's always busy. It's also close enough to home and work to feel like a neighborhood restaurant. I love the energy, the food and the great Austrian wine list—lots of crisp whites that pair really well with the food. And I've never tasted a better spaetzle."
