1) Midtown: The new outpost of clubby/girly steakhouse STK opens to the public tonight. It features a menu that's similar to the one at the Meatpacking District location, with seating for 180 people inside and 100 outside, plus a DJ booth and two private dining rooms. 2) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie reports that a new cafe called Wolfnights has opened in the old Three Monkeys space on Rivington. They specialize in gourmet wraps made with all natural ingredients, and they serve beer and wine. Status: Certified Open; 99 Rivington Street, no phone yet.
3) The FiDi: Midtown Lunch checks out a new Korean taco joint called Kortako, that's now open on Nassau between John and Fulton. They serve burritos and tacos, Chipotle-style, with your choice of three filling and one sauce, for around $8 a meal. Status: Certified Open; 80 Nassau St. 212- 964-4625.
4) Chelsea: Nolita Mexican restaurant Tacombi has opened a taco-bike kiosk inside the Cheslea Market. They're slinging tacos Monday - Friday 10 AM - 9PM, Saturday from 10 AM - 9 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM - 7 PM. Status: Certified Open. 15th Street Arcade, Chelsea Market.
