Dining in the dark destination Dans Le Noir? is set to open in just nine days, and here now is a peek at the food that will be served there. The restaurant just posted some sample menus to their site, each of them broken down into color groups: Green (vegetarian), Blue (for fish-lovers), Red (meat-lovers), and White (chef's surprise). So, this is what the plates might look like when they hit that big communal table with no utensils on it.
