TONY notes that Caffe Storico Stephen Starr's new 75 seat restaurant inside the New York Historical Society, will open as soon as December 10. The menu will feature snacks like meatballs and grilled cuttlefish and baccalà mantecato as well as larger pastas and mains. [TONY]
