Harry Poulakakos, mayor of the Financial District, is adding a new bar to his portfolio that already includes Harry's Steak, Le Financier, the upcoming restaurants at Pier A, and much more. In the spring he'll open Dead Rabbit, a cocktail bar with a "tap room" for all day drinking and a "Parlor" for nighttime cocktails. They are, of course, going for an 1870's-inspired vibe and drink menu. [GS]
