It looks like third time's a charm for Bob Giraldi and his restaurant space on 235 East 4th Street. His gastropub E.U didn't end up working out, and his quasi-healthy pizzeria Tonda eventually fell flat, but now he's opening Piccola Positano an Italian restaurant with Luigi Celentano, the chef at his Tribeca restaurant Gigino Trattoria, at the helm.
