The famed and popular Tick Tock Diner on 34th Street in the New Yorker Hotel suffered a fire yesterday morning while the restaurant was packed with 300 guests. Luckily, firefighters were able to control the blaze, no one was hurt, and there was minimal damage to the restaurant. The owner hopes to reopen tomorrow. [DNA Info]
