A giant new location of sweets shop and restaurant Sugar & Plumm Purveyors of Yumm is pissing off its Upper West Side neighbors who call it "garish" and "too suburban." One tells DNA Info, "It really degrades the quality of life" while another complains it will be a "live version of Candyland [that] will be pimping corn syrup to the kids who go to the two schools less than a block away."
