Murray's Expansion Complete; Oyster Fest at Back Forty

EAST VILLAGE — On November 19, Back Forty will host an East Coast Vs. West Coast Oyster Fest from 3 - 5:30 PM. A $25 entrance fee gets you unlimited passed hors d'oeuvres, local beer, and Muscadet. The oysters will be served at two shucking stations, and they'll be $2 each (with a few for $4). Reservations can be made via Brown Paper Tickets. [EaterWire]

WEST VILLAGE — The Murray's Cheese Shop expansion is complete. They've moved into the adjacent Lobster Place space, and they're got a bunch of new products like coffees and chocolates. [EaterWire]

COBBLE HILLDiners Journal reports that a new fancy mac and cheese place is opening next Monday in Cobble Hill called Sadie’s Kitchen. They're going to offer add-ons like bacon, smoked duck, and fried oysters. [DJ]
