Kathy Kirkpatrick, the owner of the shuttered Life Cafe, was spotted moving kitchen equipment out of the restaurant today. She closed the place earlier this year because of a dispute with the landlords. Although they've been doing work to improve the space, it's unclear whether she'll reopen the restaurant or not. Also: Kirkpatrick is apparently writing a memoir called "How Life Began." [The Local EV]
