Back in July news broke that Nate Smith, an ex Spotted Pig chef who ran a pub in Prospect Heights called Dean Street for about a month, was opening a new restaurant and bar in Williamsburg this fall called Allswell. The project opens to the public tomorrow night.

Located at 124 Bedford Ave. in the former home of Raymund's, Allswell will serve a bar-centric menu that should change dramatically throughout the week with dishes like shellfish stew, fried tripe, potted pork, and corned beef and cabbage pie. It starts out as a dinner only spot, but expect lunch, brunch, and late night to come soon.

Check out the opening menu below.
