The Chef: Josh Capon. The Restaurant: The Cottage. The Takeout Order: One of my go-to Chinese places is The Cottage on 16th and Irving, I actually love their chicken chow mein. It's light and delicious and reminds me of my grandma. Not a heavy brown sauce, lots of vegetables and chicken, over some brown rice. Round it out with hot and sour soup or they do a seafood wonton soup with a intense broth, I ask for extra spinach, they say $1 extra and I say fine. [Takeout Treasures]
