The Chef: Bill Telepan. The Restaurant: Cottage. The Takeout Order: Hands down the BEST scallion pancakes (with peanut soy vinegar dipping sauce). We mainly go vegetarian here with the rest: broccoli and string beans with garlic sauce and vegetable fried rice. But they do make a great (ok, well, good) sesame chicken and crispy beef, and we get it extra spicy, when we are feeling a little like some meat. And, they deliver in about three seconds.
