MEALS ON WHEELS—Here's Roots drummer Questlove on why he's opening a fried chicken food truck, Quest Loves Food: "Food trucks are the new black. And I'm trying to prove that fried chicken is the new cupcakes." Wait, fried chicken is the new cupcakes? That's a new one. Also, he got the idea from food trucks that would park outside his DJing gigs: "At 3 in the morning, I'm watching these people kill all this Mexican corn. And I was like, 'Man, I want a food truck.'"
