Once again, Northern Spy Food Co. is getting into the holiday spirit by launching a gift certificate exchange program with other NYC restaurants with the goal of raffling them off to employees. They're looking to exchange $100 gift cards with 40 other New York restaurants and hope that other restaurants will exchange with one another.
