Joe's Bar in the East Village has not been open for business the past few nights. This most recent closure comes just two weeks after the bar reopened after receiving a passing grade from the Dept. of Health, which shut the place down in October. This closure seems unrelated to any DOH issues but may involve the health of Joe the owner. [EVG]
