The owner of a Texas-inspired taco place in Prospect Heights is stumped as to why the breakfast taco, such a Southern staple, is such a foreign concept in Brooklyn: "I don’t know why! Living in Austin for five years, it was your go-to breakfast, especially if you wanted that kind of greasy hangover food.
