Skydiver/wildebeast anus-eater Anthony Bourdain's new show The Layover premieres tonight, and in one of his many recent interviews to promote the show, Bourdain talks Frank Bruni (and his editorial re: Bourdain vs Paula Deen): "[T]o be called an elitist by the Times, I felt was a little inappropriate, given what I spend most of my life advocating for, at least celebrating and eating...
