Chef de Cuisine Chris Jaeckle Out at Ai Fiori

Tipsters report and reps at the restaurant confirm today that chef Chris Jaeckle, the chef de cuisine at Michael White's Mediterranean Midtown restaurant since it opened just under one year ago, is no longer at the restaurant. While Jaeckle ran the kitchen, the restaurant nabbed three stars from Sam Sifton at the Times and one star from the Michelin guide.

Reps say White himself is running the kitchen right now and note that their bench runs deep at Ai Fiori so there should be no disruption.
