Going Gaga For New Multi-Story Ludlow Manor

Throw those plans for The Ludlow in the trash, because there has been a slight change of plans. The currently under construction three story bar at the corner of Delancey and Ludlow will bring a little more pseudo celebrity pizazz into the joint, as Georgie Seville, who is also the owner of the Delancey, has now partnered with Luc Carl, also known as Lady Gaga's ex boyfriend. The new partners have decided to scrap the plans for the Ludlow Bar and rebrand the space as Ludlow Manor. How regal! Carl tells Page Six that he wants, "sexy people that care how their hair looks" to patronize the Manor, which plans to offer a tapas restaurant, rock club and sky lounge in the 9,000 square foot space. Sounds great, except that the owners have not yet been able to secure Community Board approval for the second and third floor club spaces yet. No biggie, because they will have tapas and people with awesome hair when they plan to open next month.
