2011_11_bestofnyc.jpgHere's a question mark for the day: the Village Voice is suing Time Out New York for using the phrase "Best of NYC" in one of its recent issues. The Voice apparently owns the trademark on the string of words and wants "the profits from a TONY issue which used 'Best of NYC' on its cover handed to the paper, and all the remaining magazines destroyed."
