Work In Progress And Ludlow Manor Open This Week

New, 1 comment

The shimmering beauty that is Stash isn't the only new nightlife venture opening this week. Tomorrow night is the official opening of Work In Progress, aka W.I.P, in the basement of Greenhouse. W.I.P. is the brainchild of the former Collective Hardware team and Barry Mullineaux and his fellow Greenhouse and Juliet Supperclub owners, a group of people who probably aren't having the best week right now. The club went through months of painful negotiations and a lot of begging with the community board but finally have gotten the blessing to open.

At the end of the week comes Ludlow Manor, the multi-story restaurant and lounge that is a partnership between the Delancey's Georgie Seville and Lower East Side gadfly Luc Carl and is hoping to attract a lot of sexy people who care a lot about their personal appearance. The club had its soft opening this past weekend where guests were able to enjoy the rooftop pool and cabana beds that the community board fought against, and both of these grand opening events are invitation only. But don't fret, because Ludlow Manor and W.I.P open to the public after that.
