The clock is ticking down on the second annual Eater Awards, and we are enlisting reader help to name the winners. Already, Eater readers have been helping the editors here narrow down the list for Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, and hottest restaurant of 2011, and now it's time to shine some light on the barmen and women of our fair city.
