The WSJ runs a profile of Glen Coben, the architect behind a number of big restaurants in NYC, including the much buzzed-about Romera. For the design of the space, Coben referenced sketches he made of chef and doctor Miguel Sanchez Romera's other restaurant in Spain. Romera fun fact: the orange polka dots on the wall of the dining room are the same color as one of The Doctor's sauces. [WSJ]
