The Growth of K-Town

Since the the vacancy rate on 32nd Street between Broadway and Fifth is less than zero and rents are higher than those in Soho, Korean businesses are for the first time in decades crossing Fifth Avenue. They're also broadening offerings, because, as one restaurateur puts it, Chinese food is "more popular" than Korean. [WSJ]
