Palombino's Bowery Diner Inches Closer to Completion

New, 1 comment

An Eater correspondent happened by Bowery Diner, the upcoming restaurant from Motorino's Mathieu Palombino and noticed that the insides are looking nearly complete, with stools lined up along the counter. The lights were on, showing off lots of blue and white with some pops of yellow here and there. When the diner does open, Palombino will serve breakfast until 5 PM every day and will make smoked meat for sandwiches in house. Eventually it will go 24 hours.

Expect a debut later this month.
