GRAMERCY— A tipster complains of the auto gratuity at Little Town on 15th Street: "We were a party of 2 (not sure why the receipt says Guests 1) and were surprised to see gratuity on there already. I had never seen it before and it wasn't posted anywhere. Not to mention this place is basically a bar. When the waitress saw I had my wallet out - I was going to tip in cash before we noticed the service charge - she asked if we needed change! What a rip off joint." [Complaints Dept.]
