UPPER EAST SIDEToloache 82 is starting a family-oriented brunch series called Family Fiesta. This meal will take place on the last Saturday of every month in the restaurant's private dining room, and will include things like balloon animals and face painting. Kids get a $15 prix fixe, and adults can order a la carte. The first one starts this weekend with a Halloween theme. Reservations required; 212-861-4505. [EaterWire]
