Lunch at Tertulia Next Week; Mahaloween at Lani Kai

WEST VILLAGE — Seamus Mullen's hot new Spanish restaurant Tertulia will begin serving lunch next Monday. The menu includes dishes like a smoked lamb breast sandwich ($13), a bibb lettuce salad with boquerones and buttermilk vinaigrette ($10), and Calasparra rice with snails, mushrooms, fennel, and Iberico ham ($16).
