Nello Balan is fighting to keep the outdoor seating at Nello. Last night, the Community Board 8 voted down a renewal application for the restaurant's sidewalk cafe license, after many neighbors complained about the noise. Balan plans to go to the City Council and see what his options are, but things aren't looking good for those precious, precious three tables. [DNA Info]
