A big crate of signed Momofuku Milk Bar cookbooks destined for the homes of readers just arrived at Eater HQ, and boy is it a beautiful sight. The book offers a how-to on every one of chef Christina Tosi's cultishly loved sugar-packed hits from her compost cookies to her crack pie, cereal milk, and pistachio layer cake. Bottom line: it's a baker's must have this upcoming holiday season.
Tosi sent over 15 books to give away to some fine readers, and as a bonus, she asked Breville to throw in a few mixers to get at home bakers on the right path. Want to win?
